Items are shipped from our North Hobart store within 48 hours, except on weekends and Public Holidays.
Purchases made on weekends and Public Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Customers will be contacted in the instance of any delays or back ordered products.
AusBeauty Supplies is happy to offer a full refund/replacement on any faulty or damaged item or product. We will pay for/reimburse the cost of return shipping for faulty or damaged items/products.
In the case of change of mind returns, we offer a store credit voucher for use on a future purchase or a full refund. Once items are received at our warehouse we will issue the credit/refund.
Change of mind returns must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
For all returns and refunds, we ask that customers contact us within 30 days of original purchase either by phone or by email. We can then keep in contact and know that items are on their way back to us.
